Our specialty is networking however we do service any personal computer,
including Apple Macintosh.
We can design a network for you from the ground up carrying through to the
implementation and maintenance stages and setup a variety of service agreements
to help you maintain you Information Technology Systems and Equipment.
Further, we can start by helping you with cabling a location, adding new
cable runs for expansions or changes to existing networks, plus provide any and
all of the networking upgrades or additions and modifications to an existing
Local or Wide Area Network.

Partial Terms and Conditions:
* Services require Windows 2000 Server or
higher, UNIX, Apple Macintosh or Windows XP with Remote Desktop (Apple ARD)
enabled and a firewall that allows remote connection.
Any service involving Server Monitoring will require:
* Approved (by our consultants at our company) tape backup and anti-virus
software
Security Administration:
* Requires a Firewall based on our recommendations
All remote support and remote monitoring services will require the following:
* Require High Speed Fixed Static IP Internet Connection (ISDN, DSL, Cable
Modem, Fiber Optic/FIOS, T1 or higher)
Contact us for a quote to bring your information technology system into
remote compliance!
Any hours incurred over the maximum allotted time will be invoiced at our basic
network support $110/hr less allowable discounts. Discounts apply only while
contract is in force. Contract will be invoiced the 15th of the month prior to
effective date. Payment will be due on or before the effective date. Either
party may cancel this contract at anytime, effective the end of paid period.
Terms and Conditions subject to change and may have to be priced after a
diagnosis and review of your information technology system.
